Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15, 1977) is an American writer, director, comedian and podcaster. She also advocates for mental health. Her previous position was an editor at BuzzFeed Video. She left the organization in 2015 and launched her own Comedy YouTube channel Just Between Us with Gabe Dunn who is a writer with whom she collaborates. Raskin was born in Manhattan 20 June 1989, to her Jewish mother and father and was raised by her parents. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California with the degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts. Jamin Benjamin Raskin was born December 13th, 1962. He is a politician as well as an American attorney who serves as U.S. Rep for Maryland's Eighth congressional district. Lead prosecutor of Trump's Second impeachment trial was also a professor of law. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided not to run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat and will instead seek reelection in the House in the hope that to be chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee.
